Plan for Indian Casino in the Catskills Rejected

 Yesterday the Interior Department rejected a proposal to build a casino in the Catskills. The decision nullifies a deal that  had been reached by former Governor Paterson and the Wisconson based Munsee Tribe to settle a land claim in Madison County NY.
